Over the course of a few inspiring days, IBEW locals from across Western Canada came together to collaborate, connect, and engage in meaningful discussions about the future of our union. Thank you to all the delegates who made the trip. Together, we are building a stronger and safer future for every IBEW member.

Each local left with a deeper understanding of one another’s challenges and goals, and with renewed commitment to working together for the benefit of all.

The true strength of the IBEW is found in our unity. When locals come together to share ideas, offer support, and stand shoulder to shoulder, we amplify our collective voice. No matter the jurisdiction, every member is backed by the full strength of our brotherhood and sisterhood.
