IBEW 993 Sponsorship of the Kamloops Child Development Centre Poker Tournament

IBEW 993 was proud to support the Kamloops Child Development Centre through our sponsorship of their poker tournament.

The Kamloops Child Development Centre is a non profit, nature based childcare centre that provides high quality early learning and care for children from birth to 12 years old. They play an important role in helping children grow, learn, and thrive in a safe and supportive environment, and they support families across our community.

As a union of electrical workers, we know that strong communities are built when working families have access to reliable childcare and support services. By sponsoring this poker tournament, IBEW 993 helped the Centre raise important funds so they can continue their work for children and families in Kamloops.

We want to thank the staff, volunteers, and organizers who put their time and effort into making the event a success, and everyone who came out to play in support of the Kamloops Child Development Centre.

IBEW 993 is committed to giving back to the communities where our members live and work. Supporting the Kamloops Child Development Centre through this poker tournament was one more way we helped build a brighter future for children and families in our region.
