Apprenticeship programs have long been the standard for developing the next generation of top talent and a readily available workforce. Classroom instruction and on-the-job experience are critically important to that effort, but so too is the chance to network with top executives and the electrical industry’s major manufacturers and distributors.

That setting happens once a year, every year, at the NECA Convention and Show, and is a can’t-miss opportunity for hundreds of local area apprentices. They’re able to build connections with their peers and walk the NECA show floor to learn about the latest and greatest technology in the industry, not to mention also ask questions of leadership on both sides of the construction coin (management and labor).
