Women from local unions joined together as part of the Kamloops and District Labour Council. The women from the KDLC with donations from the affiliate unions were able to create the Comfort Packs for sexual assault victims. These were delivered to the Kamloops Sexual Assault Response Team office on International Women’s Day.
