The theme of the conference was "The Future of Work" and offered participants the chance to learn about current challenges the labour movement is tackling, and the how labour has helped shape the local history in the Prince Rupert area.

The conference offered a mix of informative plenaries, inspiring speakers, and skill-building workshops.
