Commercial/Institutional steel stud (EMT) experience required.
Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions.
Early stage construction- must be able to climb 7+ stories of scaffold stairs and be comfortable using extension ladders to access work areas. Work will involve heavy lifting and working on uneven surfaces and in tight locations.
COVID-19: Worker must be able to complete a daily mandatory questionnaire from the Interior Health Authority stating that they are fit for work. Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 or anyone who has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or anyone who has recently returned from travel outside of Canada will not be allowed access to site by the Health Authority.
Additional hygiene and social distancing practices have been implemented on site.
Site orientation is 7:00 am sharp – bring all certificates to orientation.
New hires must bring a void cheque and proof of social insurance number. (This can be a SIN card or piece of government mail with name and SIN)
