Expression of Interest to Work in Georgia USA

IBEW Local 993 has received an inquiry from the First District regarding how many members would be interested in going to work in the state of Georgia, USA as a Journeyman Electrician or a Journeyman Electrician/Welder. Working from October 2018 to September 2019. The call is a full-time, onetime occurrence position for a total of 350 Journeyman wireman and 150 Journeyman Electrician/Welder to complete 2 nuclear units. The first district will be dividing the calls among all the locals across Canada. An Email has been sent out on July 18, 2018, to all IBEW Local 993 members with job details. The number of members interested in the job offer must be back to the IBEW 1st District office before August 1st, 2018.
