Gringos in the Garbage Fundraiser

The Gringos extend a warm thanks to IBEW Local 993 for letting them screen their documentary in the hall.  Our members learned about a community living in a dump in Nicaragua and raised $148 towards helping our member Teresa Cline go to Nicaragua in March with the Global Solidarity Team to hand out food hampers and help with the housing project.  We would like to thank our newly formed women's committee for organizing the event and helping our local connect with the community.
