You can call any of the locations listed in the PDF listed below that are not marked with an asterisk (*) and book your hearing test. You must advise the location that you are a member of IBEW LU 993 to have the cost covered. If there’s any issues with billing, contact Chris Sherman at chris@ibew993.org
