Highland Powerlines Becomes Signatory to IBEW 993

The International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 993 is proud to welcome Highland Powerlines Ltd. as a newly signatory contractor.

Highland Powerlines, a long-standing IBEW 258 signatory contractor, has served British Columbia’s electrical industry for decades with a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and quality workmanship. Based in Kamloops, the company has built a solid reputation across the province for its powerline construction, maintenance, and emergency response services.

Recently, Highland made the exciting decision to expand its operations by establishing an Inside Electrical Division, opening new opportunities for electricians and apprentices within our jurisdiction. Their decision to partner with IBEW 993 for this branch of their company reflects their dedication to high standards of training, safety, and professionalism.
