IBEW 993 Members Take in a Night at the Ballpark with the Kamloops NorthPaws

On Friday night, June 13, IBEW 993 members came together at McArthur Island for an exciting evening of baseball, hosted by the IBEW 993 Social Committee. The Kamloops NorthPaws took on the visiting team from Edmonton and delivered a strong performance, securing a well-earned victory in front of a lively hometown crowd.

IBEW 993 members were treated to free tickets for the NorthPaws ChillZone, a VIP area that featured its own reserved seating and a dedicated beverage station. The ChillZone offered a relaxed and comfortable space for members and their families to enjoy the game, connect with one another, and celebrate union solidarity outside the job site.

Adding to the fun, Brother Kellen Haney and Brother Ethan Hittel represented IBEW 993 in one of the on-field games held between innings. Their participation was a great moment of light-hearted competition and showcased the spirit of camaraderie that defines our local.

This event is part of the Social Committee’s ongoing efforts to bring members together, build community, and show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our membership.
