It is with deep regret and frustration that I must infom you that the First District Office was notified last evening that the United States Department of Labor has denied the application for the H2B Visas for the Plant Vogtle project by Bechtel Corporation.

Lawyers for Bechtel are determining the feasibility of an appeal, we will keep you informed as more details become available.
