Post Election Message from IBEW 993

On behalf of the members of IBEW 993, I’d like to extend my sincere congratulations to Prime Minister Mark Carney on his election victory. We look forward to seeing how his leadership will shape the future of Canada and the working people who keep it running.

I also want to express my gratitude and respect to all the candidates who stepped forward to run in this election. It takes courage, commitment, and a deep belief in public service to put your name on the ballot. Your participation strengthens our democracy and gives Canadians a voice in shaping their communities and their country.

Elections are a cornerstone of our free and democratic society. Whether your candidate won or lost, your vote mattered. With so many ridings being won or lost by a few percent, this election showed us the power of each individual vote.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the democratic process, including the volunteers, campaign teams, and voters from coast to coast.

As always, IBEW 993 will continue to advocate for the rights of workers, the value of skilled trades, and a strong future for all Canadians.
