Starting in the 2023 – 2026 Inside Electrical Workers Agreement, there is a Letter of Understanding regarding Job Ready Dispatch (JRD) training certifications. You can read further on page 62 of the agreement.

Currently, the first four certifications have been marked as mandatory and in order to be cleared out to work in IBEW 993’s jurisdiction, you will need to have all four. The remaining three will be made mandatory very soon.
