Heavy cable pulls, continuous climbing of 2-5 story scaffolds, working at heights; heavy industrial work. Majority of work involves climbing on and in re-bar cages. Workers must be in good physical shape with good balance. All work is outside; expect all types of weather. (We are now getting into the hot summer months) Providing a Drivers License is mandatory. Drug testing is mandatory
Wage enabling at $2.00 off base Journeyman Wage and $2.00 off RRSP
Every day same either 6 hours straight time, 4 hours 1.5 times or 1.2 time hours worked. 2 times after 10 hours daily.
All benefits paid at straight time.
