Fast paced commercial project. High term apprentices should have experience working on commercial/institutional projects (EMT installation/Wire pull). Journeymen should have experience on commercial projects. AWP, WHMIS, Fall Protection required. Must be willing to shave for fit-testing if required.

Must be able to climb 9+ stories of stairs and be comfortable using extension ladders to access work areas. Work will involve heavy lifting, heavy cable pulls (up to 750MCM), working on uneven surfaces and tight spaces.

COVID-19: Worker must be able to complete a daily mandatory questionnaire from Interior Health Authority stating that they are fit for work. Anyone with symptoms of COVID-19 or anyone who has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or anyone who has recently returned from travel outside of Canada will not be allowed access to site by the Health Authority.

Additional hygiene and social distancing practices have been implemented on site.

Site orientation is at 7am sharp – Bring all certificates to orientation.
New hires must bring a void check and proof of social insurance number (this can be a SIN card or piece of government mail with name and SIN)
